What guarantee do I have on my order?
All products come with a 2-year warranty. This means that you are entitled to a repair or replacement in case of manufacturing faults or defects arising within this period.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
Check for damage immediately upon receipt. If there is damage, take clear pictures of the packaging and the product. Report the damage via email and upload the photos. We will make sure the problem is solved as soon as possible.
Does the warranty cover all damage?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or transportation by third parties. Damage due to wear and tear is also not covered by the guarantee.
How long is my product guaranteed for?
The warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
What should I do if my product breaks down within the warranty period?
Contact us via the contact button at the bottom right of the webshop. If possible, include photos or a video. We will assess your request and contact you about the next steps.
Can I get a replacement product during repair?
This depends on availability. If a replacement product is available, we will offer it free of charge during the repair period.
